General Bonus Terms and Conditions

  1. The bonuses will be given only once per household and/or account as stated in our bonus terms of use. If a second account is opened, it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
  1. All bonuses are for wagering purposes only and cannot be cashed out.
  1. If a player withdraws before having reached the minimum wagering requirements as specified in the bonus, the player’s bonus and winnings will be forfeited.
  1. A bonus cannot be combined with another bonus unless otherwise stated.
  1. Players with pending withdrawals in their account will not be eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until withdrawals are either processed or cancelled.
  1. The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs at anytime, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon the result of the review, it appears that player(s) are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive; or if casino deems that player(s) are participating in collusion to beat the casino, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to bonuses.
  1. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
  1. We reserve the right to enforce players from Denmark to wager fifteen (15) times their deposit and bonus before any withdrawal.
  1. We reserve the right to enforce players from Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Romania, Hungary, Thailand, Malaysia, Latvia, Slovak Republic, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, Costa Rica, and Brazil to wager thirty (30) times their deposit and bonus amounts before any withdrawal.
  1. We reserve the right to enforce players from China to wager sixty (60) times their deposit and bonus before any withdrawal.
  1. Players with GBP (₤) accounts who are not in the United Kingdom are not entitled to receive the Welcome Bonus.
  1. We reserve the right to designate games that will not contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
